Acceptable Use Policy

wee.cat provides hosted cloud sandboxes with full shell access. This policy defines what you can and cannot do with that access. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use wee.cat sandboxes to store, process, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any child exploitation content
• Pirated software, media, or other copyrighted material you do not have rights to
• Stolen data, credentials, or personal information of third parties
• Malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious software
• Content that is illegal under Spanish, EU, or your local law

2. Prohibited activities

You may not use wee.cat sandboxes to:

• Mine cryptocurrency or perform proof-of-work computations
• Host public-facing services (web servers, APIs, proxies, VPNs, or game servers)
• Operate botnets, command-and-control infrastructure, or relay networks
• Launch network attacks, including port scanning, DDoS, packet flooding, or DNS amplification
• Send spam, phishing emails, or bulk unsolicited messages
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data in violation of third-party terms of service
• Circumvent resource limits, security controls, or isolation boundaries
• Resell, sublicense, or share sandbox access with third parties
• Perform any activity that violates applicable law

3. Resource usage

Sandboxes are intended for software development workflows. Usage that degrades the platform for other users is prohibited. This includes sustained maximum CPU usage for non-development purposes, excessive network bandwidth consumption, and storage abuse.

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend sandboxes that consume disproportionate resources.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all content and activity in your sandboxes.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use sandboxes in any way that could expose Wee to legal liability.
• You acknowledge that sandboxes may be inspected if there is reasonable suspicion of a policy violation.

5. Enforcement

Severe violations

For illegal content, network attacks, or activities that pose immediate risk, we will:

• Terminate your sandbox and account immediately without prior notice
• Preserve evidence and report the activity to law enforcement
• Cooperate fully with legal authorities
• Issue no refund for any remaining subscription period

Other violations

For resource abuse, terms-adjacent misuse, or lesser violations, we will:

• Notify you and provide 24 hours to remedy the violation
• Suspend your sandbox if the violation is not resolved
• Terminate your account if violations are repeated

6. Reporting violations

If you become aware of activity on wee.cat that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@wee.cat. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
